Lent is here!
Join us for this 40 day journey of penitence and self-reflection. Each Sunday during Lent, we will continue our Lenten educational series which will take place over 5 sessions. Each session will begin about 20 minutes after coffee hour begins. Our topic will be the Book of Common Prayer, so whether you are new to the BCP or have always had a nagging question, I hope you'll come and get more comfortable with one of the things that makes our church unique! First Christian Church of Middlesboro will host the annual Community Holy Week Service on Palm Sunday afternoon, March 24th at 3:00 p.m. The service will feature a wide variety of sacred and gospel vocal and instrumental music with participants from Binghamtown Baptist Church, Clear Creek Baptist Bible College, Covenant Methodist Church, East Cumberland Avenue Baptist Church, First Christian Church - Middlesboro, Lincoln Memorial University, Meldrum Baptist Church, Mill Creek Baptist Church, Shiloh Church and St. Mary’s Episcopal Church. You are invited to begin Holy Week by worshiping with your area friends and neighbors. |

Our Welcoming & Affirming Statement
Come as you are – as one loved by God
Saint Mary's welcomes and serves all! No matter where you are in your spiritual journey, we hope you can find a home here. We understand that people come from all different walks of life, and have a broad range of life experiences. The church is not a gathering of perfect saints, but a support group of sinners on a journey with God and each other. So, don't feel like you need to be perfect before you walk through our doors. God is ready to meet you where you are; everyone's journey is different.
Let’s all journey together in service and love.
